ELECTROPERMANENT MAGNETIC CHUCK SURFACE GRINDING
Magnetic chuck with big strenght ideal for surface grindings operations. Main characteristic of an electropermanent magnetic chuck is the absolute lack of current supply during working cycle; in fact it need current only during magnetization and demagnetization cycle. From that is follows a big energy saving and an absolute safety in working places, subjected to voltage drops or variations ones too. The chuck remains cold throughout the machining, avoiding deformations to the working piece due to the heat. Thanks to the size of this pole pitch, this chuck is able to give a perfect demagnetization of the working piece also in presence of hardened and tempered materials or with special steel usually hard to magnetize. Supplied with a CONTROL UNIT equipped with a remote control and an interal consent device that prevents the machine from being started if the magnetic chuck has not been activated.

VERY DENSE POLARITY GRINDING SERIES
Characteristics like PM60 model. The difference is the very dense polarity of its upper plate. This allows working very small and this pieces where a very slow magnetic fieldand not a big strength is needed. Besides the iron and brass plate allows a work piece

ELECTROPERMANENT CHUCK LIGHT MILLING WORK SERIES
Thanks to the little dimension of the pole, this chuck is able to guarantee also the anchoring of pieces having little dimensions and low thickness. Minimum recommended thickness is 8 mm. The maximum chuck power is available when the working piece is directly in contact with the magnetic surface. The use of fixed or movable gauge block is recommended only if it is essential

Thanks to its extraordinary magnetic strength, this electropermanent chuck has become the most utilized one on middle-heavy milling and working on C.N. machines also palletized. The magnetic penetration of the tool, allows the utilize of fixed and movable pole shoes keeping a very high strength on the working piece. Features like PM 60 electro-permanent chuck. This item is chiefly used on rotating machines: lapping machines, lathes and grinders.
Supplied with an easy to apply mercury commutator (MERCOTAC), allowing the unit to be magnetized without any difficulty even during rotation: the contact of the cables is kept active by the commutator. The control unit supplied with the chuck is fitted with a contact that prevents the machine from starting if the chuck has not been activated.

ELECTROPERMANENT CHUCK WITH ELECTRONIC CONTROL ELECTROEROSION SERIES

Features like PM60 electro-permanent chuck. Chuck studied in order to resolve anchoring problems in the ELECTROEROSION field. In addition to being a completely sealed unit, this chuck also has a central hole connected to two other lateral holes to allow the chuck and work piece to be flushed during machining. The lateral holes for connecting the liquid hoses are G ¼" threaded.
The control unit supplied with the chuck is equipped with a remote control and an internal consent that prevents the machine from starting if the magnetic chuck has not been activated.
Guaranteed 12 months; the same will be declined tampering the chuck.

ELECTROPERMANENT CHUCKS WITH RADIAL POLE

Specialelectro-permanent chucks suitable for grinding and general chip removal (typically turning) machining of rings or circular work-pieces ingeneral, on horizontal or vertical machines even of big dimensions. Once the magnetic field is activated, the work-piece is clamped up to the outer parts of the chuck by a well distributed force so as to prevent any deformation or change. T-slots and/or holes can be realized onto the pole plate to allow the mounting of pole extensions and/or fixtures of different kinds. The use of such pole extensions allows an easy access in machining the outer, inner diameters and top surfaces of the pieces as well in one single positioning. Holding magnetic force can be regulated by means of the electronic control unit.

Extension poles for PM 65-70-71-75

These fittings for quadrangular surface allows to work the piece keeping it lifted from the magnetic chuck. Therefore it result particularly easy to make drafting and drilling works. In addition, the distance from the chuck surface allows to move away also the tool from the magnetic field emitted from
the chuck, avoiding an heavy magnetization. An other important aspect do not undervalue concern the opportunity to work not flat and irregularity shaped pieces; thanks to the movable expansions, is the polarity of the chuck that adapt itself to the irregular surface on the piece, avoiding so to strain the material and allowing very careful and efficient works. By the pole squares at last is possible to work leaning the piece on the side part, keeping them if necessary hanged from the magnetic chuck (obtaining in this way very accurate angle works).

These articles are not magnetic but are able to transmit the magnetic flux beinG on the plane directly to the working piece. It need simply to be leaned on the plane respecting the polarity alignment (in the same direction of the plane); the advantage consist to be able to work pieces with protruding or little right share, to make smooth holes etc. Supplied in pairs
