ELECTROPERMANENT BATTERY MAGNETIC LIFTERS. This type of magnetic lifter has been designed to solve the many problems lies to the electro permanent lifting
without the noisy encumbrance of alimentation cables and in total safety. Thanks to its battery, the equipment can make load and unload without space llimitations with charge autonomy of 250-300 operations. Remote control allows the operator to magnetize and demagnetize the lifter even from distance
of 10-20 meters. A safety hook prevent from accidental deactivation when material is hanging thus allowing operating the SB01 lifter to magnetize and demagnetize
only when the load is on the ground. A lightening signal advises that the lifting magnet is working; a sound signal, instead, advise that the battery must be recharged.
This operation can be easily done by connecting the cable to a 115 or 220volt/50 or 60Hz main power for 10 hours.

an internal magnetic circuit constituted by NEODYMIUM permanent magnets. Its very small size joined with
the very high strenght make it the best lifter on the market at present. The prismatic shape of the lifter
base make it ideal for lifting round and flat pieces in the same time. The opportunity to operate the magnetism
with only one hand, let this lifter more handy than others present on the market. It resolve first of all the problems
connected with the lifting of thin tickness, even with a minimum of 10 mm. tickness sheet. Guaranteed 12 months;
the same will be declined tampering the lifter.
Technical Data: Maximum temperature at work 80 degrees Safety Factor 3:1 Magnetization must be made by direct
contact with the lifter only, and rotating the lever of 90 degrees

ELECTROPERMANENT LIFTING MODULES The electropermanent lifting magnets represent the most complete solution to the big problem
of lifting sheets. In fact, the application of this tool allows the taking and moving of material having a low thickness too. The magnetic field drawn thanks to the quadrangular polarity, act on the sheet with uniform and powerful grip. The combination
of several modules applied to one tubular gathering structure, allows to keep stiff the sheet during its lifting.
