With the new Makro•Grip® FS stamping units, the previous version has been significantly modified and upgraded. A large number of changes and improvements as well as practical accessory components significantly simplify and accelerate the pre-stamping of workpiece blanks. The new stamping jaws with 4 rows of teeth and continuous serration increase performance in the actual clamping process of 5-sided machining. This stamping unit variant is designed for materials up to 45 HRC. Thanks to the extension of this version, it is now possible to pre-stamp workpiece blanks up to a length of 410 mm. This extends the range of the stamping unit and also takes into account the maximum clamping range of the Makro•Grip® Ultra clamping system.
